Strawberry mousse
Ingredients
• 2 boxes of strawberries (300–350 g)
• 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cartons (400 g) heavy cream
• 1 cup whipped cream, whipped until stiff
(or 200 ml fresh cream, whipped)
For decoration
• Sliced strawberries
• Whipped cream
