Pineapple Milk Bread

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour (375 g)
⅓ cup sugar (65 g)
2¼ teaspoons instant yeast (7 g)
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup warm milk (180 ml)
½ cup pineapple juice (120 ml)
1 large egg
¼ cup melted butter or vegetable oil (60 ml)
Optional topping
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar

In a bowl, mix warm milk, pineapple juice, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add egg, melted butter, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and shape into a loaf or rolls. Place in a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let rise again until puffy.
Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sugar on top while warm.
