Well friends…these are worth every minute!
I’m sharing my recipe for these amazingly soft Japanese Milk Bread Cinnamon Rolls today. The secret is the Tangzhong (Japanese milk bread) method, which creates incredibly fluffy, pillowy rolls that stay soft and tender.
My best tip? Follow the recipe exactly as it’s written. Resist the urge to make substitutions or skip ingredients—the magic is in the method. Trust the process, and you’ll be rewarded with bakery-quality cinnamon rolls that melt in your mouth.
They’re rich, buttery, filled with cinnamon goodness, and topped with the dreamiest cream cheese frosting. Yum!
I truly don’t think you’ll be disappointed. If you make them, I’d love to see your photos! Happy baking!
